Each property features its own unique pet policy that may vary significantly from one location to another. For the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding pet allowances, please don’t hesitate to ask us directly or take a moment to check the specific listing for that property.

The application fee to apply for a property is $60. This is non-negotiable.

The security deposit we require is the first and last months rent.

Rent is due on the 1st of each month. If rent is not paid by the 5th there is a late fee assessed. If rent is not paid by the 15th, the eviction process is started.

Rent can be paid easily online through the tenant portal. For those who prefer it, you can also mail it to our office or drop it off in our secure dropbox.

If rent is paid after the due date, there will be a late fee assessed on your account to reflect this delay in payment.

When you are ready to move out, the first thing to do is communicate with us your plans. Upon moving out we expect the property to be in livable conditions and broom swept. Taking care of your rental property helps ensure you receive your full deposit back.
